Interview men who have taken paternity leave and feature their experiences on the company
portal, handbook, and recruitment site.
●Target2. Creating an internal career path. Consideration of a comprehensive area employment system or the introduction of a relocation allowance.

・From November 2024:
Send a “red card” to employees who have taken less than 13 days of leave by November 15th
each year as a reminder to encourage them to take paid leave.
