We, the Daido Metal Group, have established this ‘IT Security Fundamental Policy’ and are working on information security in order to protect corporate information, including customer information, at all Group Companies from the threat of accident, disaster, crime, cyber attack etc., to increase customer trust in the Company, and to reduce business continuity risks and legal risks.

1. Legal Compliance
   　　We comply with all laws, regulations, guidance prescribed by a country, contractual obligations and other societal norms related to information security.
2. Promotion System
   　　To further increase information security an organisation is established which continuously works on information security activities.
3. Development of Regulations
   　　Regulations and guidelines related to information security are developed, and the content continuously reviewed to ensure it is optimal.
4. Risk Management
   　　Information security risks are classified based on their severity, and the appropriate security measures implemented.
5. Training
   　　Directors and employees regularly undergo education, awareness and training on information security to increase information security literacy.
6. Response to Incidents
   　　When an information security issue occurs, we swiftly deal with it and prevent reoccurrence.
7. Continuous Improvement
   　　We continuously improve and increase our security measures in light of the legal and social environment, and changes to information security risks.
