Recommended machining oil

  • Biodegradable oil. Use biodegradable oil that can easily form oil films on water drops and enables recycling of filings.
  • Machining oil specified by Daido Metal Co., Ltd. is available.(Item name: JOOM Clean E1)

The optimum mixing proportion of water and machining oil varies according to the material to be processed and the processing condition. Determine the optimum processing condition by test machining. If you need advice on optimum condition, please contact us.

Main Unit

  • A standard model (J-S00) allows the use op up to three nozzles, while a general-purpose model (J-T2X) allows the use of up to two nozzles.
  • The quantity of water and the quantity of oil can be adjusted within the set range. (The adjustment method varies according to the model.)
  • The general-purpose model without tank allows processing of industrial water through direct connection.

Nozzle Specification

  • Standard nozzle – The length can be adjusted within the range from 320mm to 500mm according to the use.
  • Wide nozzle – The length can be adjusted within the range from 350mm to 500mm according to the use.

Fix the nozzle with attaching bolts.

Oil on water drop reaches to a distance of up to 600mm from the edge of the nozzle.

Application Examples

  • The unit can be installed on a lathe or a machining center for semi-dry processing. When using a nozzle by attaching it externally, connect a dedicated pipe (integral pipe combining three pipes for pneumatic, water, and oil) from the main unit to the nozzle. Fix the nozzle to the section close to the processing point.
  • Please contact us when using the unit with turret-type lathe or for center-through processing of the machining center.
