• The use of water achieves a cooling effect, thereby stabilizing the processing precision.
• The larger water particle diameter reduces scattering of mist into the atmosphere.
• Oil-filmed water particles reach longer distance and increase the processing range.

Q6 : Is there any possibility of rust by using water?

• If the work is exposed in the atmosphere, water will be evaporated and the oil covering each water drop prevents it from becoming rusty.
• Rust can also be prevented by adjusting the amount of water used and using oil with rust-preventive agent.
